The hearts and minds behind Diamond Duality
Heidi Kraft has spent eighteen years in the advertising industry helping agencies develop and implement media strategies for numerous high-profile clients such as Microsoft, Intel, Intuit and Harley-Davidson.
Heidi’s company, Kraft Your Success, was created to help individuals find what they do well, do it better and enjoy it more. She helps teams work better together – and it helps organizations maximize productivity and foster the kind of professional fulfillment that leads to a healthy, creative and dynamic workplace.
Heidi holds a B.A. in Sociology. She is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach as well as CTI’s year long intensive Leadership program.
She is a member of SF Coaches, the International Coach Federation and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association. She also serves on the BAARC board (Bay Area Advertising Relief Committee) which helps individuals in need of regaining their work and life force!
Eve Simon is the founder and principal coach of Inspiration Without Borders, an international personal- and business-development firm that leads entrepreneurs and organizations to a flourishing success in an ever-changing world.
With more than a decade of international senior management experience in marketing, internal communications and organizational devlopement in industries such as telecommunications, health care, fashion, and hospitality, she has witnessed the dynamics inherent to successful teams and the pitfalls that plague others.
Eve holds a Masters degree in Marketing & Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland, two Bachelors degrees in Economics and Advertising. She is certified in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) & Coaching from the Institute of California and advanced studies in leadership, sociology and somatic body & mind practices.
She lectures on subjects of marketing, business development, universal cycle of change, total responsibility management and creative thinking in Europe and the US.
Heidi and Eve both lead their own companies serving mainly individuals and small companies. At Diamond Duality they are passionate to create collaborative as a strong team an even more successful approach in trainings for organizations of any size.
