Team Workshop or Leader Strategy Session

This workshop will reframe the “story”: What’s the history and patterns of your organization?  What do you want it to be? We include practices of thinking over the borders to increasing collaboration, empower active leadership and or/the develope space for innovation.  This process defines your leadership development approach, your goals and vision.  It will form the guideline, base and leadership collectivity.  In this model, the team creates a common thread through visioning and goal setting.  

B – (Leadership) Empowerment Coaching
Individual Leadership 1:1 sessions

Customized sessions are for individuals to develop current and high potential leaders, managers and high profile employees. Group and team based coaching was created to elevate individuals within a team as well as the team itself.  This program provides an interactive, co-active and collaborative approach to developing a more fully functioning, rewarding and effective team in the context to reach your objectives. Team dynamics are addressed and experiential exercises are conducted to build awareness of each team member’s strengths and work style preferences.  Increasing performance is a core subject in this workshop series.
